As a Community Officer on a (freelance) contract-for-services, my duties with this NGO include:

•    Coordination and marketing of community events and outreach
• Co-organisation of Pride 2025 programme, including the organisation & launch of ‘Between Love and Struggle,’ at the Citadella Cultural Centre, an art exhibition, in collaboration with the Embassy of Ireland in Malta 
•  Qualitative research and compilation of final report for Gozo Regional Strategy 2025-2027
•    Assisting to orchestrate LGBTI+ Gozo’s 10th Anniversary seminar and celebration
•    Identifying and applying for funding opportunities both locally and with the EU (e.g.: Erasmus & Together We Empower) and assisting in project implantation
•    Contributing articles to the ‘Beyond the Closet Blog’
•  Participation in conferences & consultations such as the ‘Hate Speech Roundtable’ seminars and Ljubljana Pride 2025, to foster future collaboration between the NGO & Civil Society
•  Content creation, updating social media, and LGBTI+ Gozo website
•    Co-production of social media awareness campaigns
•    Compilation & printing of promotional and educational material
